How to use SONR Tempo?
Using SONR Tempo you can easily monitor and set stroke rate and tempo during training.
Hold the wave button to turn On/Off the device
Press the wave button to enter the menu
Use the arrow buttons to change between menu items
Press wave button to select pacer option
Hold Play/Pause button to change pacer mode from seconds/beep to stroke/min
Use arrows to change beep intervals
Press Play/Pause button to Start/Stop the pacer
Double tap the Play/Pause button to switch to a drum beat or a custom song
Use arrows to select pacer mode (audible signal/imported playlist)

Dmitri won the title of IronMan in Zurich, crossed the Bosphorus, became a national freediving champion, participated in the OceanMan swimming ultramarathon, and crossed the Strait of Gibraltar.
During his training sessions, he discovers the issues that he and other athletes face and tries to come up with ideas on how to solve them. Then, our team turns his ideas into reality.
